Orders from Canada will be shipped via USPS First Class International and are 5.95 per order. Orders consisting of 5 or more units will be $7.95 shipping and handling per order. For Paypal Orders Only: Shipping and Handling charges will be billed an additional charge for shipping and handling after the initial order is placed. An Order will not be shipped until shipping and handling charges are paid. BR>

Delivery Times
Most orders shipped within 1 - 3 business days. For delayed or backorders, please allow an additional 3 - 7 days for items to arrive from our suppliers. Allow 3 - 7 days (usually earlier) for shipments via USPS. For UPS shipments, please refer to tracking details sent in shipment confirmation email.

In the event your order cannot be shipped, you will be contacted immediately by e-mail and informed the reason for the delay.

Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment; and including a tracking number for orders shipped via USPS where necessary.

Addresses
For Security reasons, we ship to street addresses only, and not to PO Boxes or similar addresses within the US, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. All orders to APO/AFOs and MSPs are sent via USPS.

Order Cancellation
If you'd like to cancel or change an order for any reason, please contact us immediately. However, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already entered the shipping process.
