The Trials of Law School Return Policy We accept returns for a refund within fifteen (15) days from the date on the packing slip, ONLY if: We sent you the wrong title Item is unopened and still shrink-wrapped You will receive a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling. We will provide a replacement within fifteen (15) days from the date on the packing slip if: The item is defective or damaged upon receipt of the original item. How to Return: Contact Zone IV Productions Customer Service for a Credit Return Authorization Number within the fifteen (15) day period. You must obtain a Credit Return Authorization Number in order to return the item(s) purchased. Return the products in their original packaging, still unopened and shrink-wrapped and with all other items that were included in the original shipment. Replacements should be returned in the original packaging with all other items that were included in the original shipment. Ensure that the Credit Return Authorization Number is on the OUTSIDE of the mailing.
